How much does a flatshare cost in Geneva?
In Geneva itself, based on listings observed in 2026, a room in a shared flat usually goes for 1,000 to 1,500 CHF a month, utilities and internet often on top; a studio, 1,800 to 2,500 CHF excluding charges, around 50 CHF/m² advertised according to our cross-border housing Observatory survey (June 2026).
