Within 500 m² spread across 4 buildings at the heart of 1,500 m² of gardens, 12 housemates share a dedicated fitness chalet with Finnish sauna, a pool house with full outdoor kitchen, and a main residence designed to combine privacy and community living. Each furnished room has its own en-suite bathroom, ergonomic desk and fiber internet. Annemasse station is a 9-minute walk away — direct Léman Express to Geneva Eaux-Vives in 8 minutes and Cornavin in about 20, no transfer. Ideal for cross-border workers commuting daily, and young professionals who value a real community over a faceless apartment block. All-inclusive rent (utilities, fiber, common cleaning three times a week, private fitness classes) at CHF 1,430/month. No agency fees.
