Each furnished room has its own en-suite bathroom, ergonomic desk and fiber internet. Annemasse station is a 9-minute walk away — direct Léman Express to Geneva Cornavin in 15 minutes, no transfer. Ideal for cross-border workers commuting daily, and young professionals who value a real community over a faceless apartment block. All-inclusive rent (utilities, fiber, twice-weekly common cleaning, private fitness classes) from CHF 1,380/month. No agency fees.
