At La Villa Coliving, your all-inclusive rent from CHF 1,370/month covers a furnished room of 16 to 24 m², all utilities, fibre internet up to 8 Gb/s, cleaning of common areas three times a week, access to the pool, sauna and gym, yoga and fitness classes and community events. A single monthly payment, with no application fees and no hidden costs.

Because you are not buying the same thing. In a coliving residence, the rent pays for a studio in a building of up to 776 rooms, with under 4 m² of shared space per resident; in a standard flatshare, a 9 to 12 m² room with bills on top. At La Villa, CHF 1,370 to 1,430 a month pays for a 16 to 24 m² room in a house of 7 to 12 people, a pool, a sauna and a gym in the house, cleaning of the shared areas three times a week, fibre, streaming and yoga classes. The contractual rent is €1,470 to 1,530 a month, with €0 in application or agency fees. Over 12 months, part of the gap comes back through what you do not pay for separately: gym, variable bills, subscriptions, move-in fees. And the 12-month lease can be ended with one month's notice.
