La Villa Coliving runs three coliving houses under 20 minutes from Geneva city center, on the French side: La Villa in Ville-la-Grand (10 residents), Le Loft in Ambilly (7 residents) and Le Lodge in Annemasse (12 residents). Each has a pool, a sauna, a gym and a home cinema space.
The three La Villa Coliving houses offer the same all-inclusive experience, at CHF 1,430/month (CHF 1,370/month for the 4 rooms at La Villa with a shower room shared between 2 rooms, cleaning by our housekeeping team included). La Villa, in Ville-la-Grand, stands out for its large garden and quiet location; Le Loft, in Ambilly, for its indoor pool heated year-round; Le Lodge, in Annemasse, for its size and its fitness chalet. The choice depends on the atmosphere you're after and availability.
At La Villa Coliving, your all-inclusive rent from CHF 1,370/month covers a furnished room of 17 to 25 m², all utilities, fibre internet up to 8 Gb/s, cleaning of common areas three times a week, access to the pool, sauna and gym, yoga and fitness classes and community events. A single monthly payment, with no application fees and no hidden costs.
Because you're not getting the same thing. Our rooms are 17-25 m² (vs 9-12 m² for most local flatshares), every house has a pool, sauna and gym, professional cleaning is included, a dedicated team maintains the house (gardener, pool technician), and community life is organised monthly. Per square metre and like-for-like on services, La Villa is at market price — all inclusive from CHF 1,370/month, with no application or agency fees.
