Our flagship house, 10 minutes on foot from Annemasse station — Léman Express to central Geneva in 8 minutes, under 20 minutes door-to-door. 370 m² for 10 housemates on a 2,000 m² estate bordering a nature reserve. Day to day: a heated 12×5 m pool, a 5-seat sauna, a fully equipped gym and 8 Gb/s fiber. All rooms are furnished with Emma or Tediber mattresses — 6 with a private en-suite bathroom at CHF 1,430/month, 4 with 2 shower rooms each shared between just 2 rooms, at CHF 1,370/month (shower-room cleaning is included in the rent — no hassle!). All-inclusive rent covers utilities, fiber, cleaning of common areas three times a week, pool and garden upkeep. No application fee, reply within 48h.
